"Life the way it was meant to be."
St. Charles City, Idaho
Saint Charles is a very small town, the 2010 Census showed our population at 131, but due to an influx of visitors enjoying the spectacular recreational opportunities of the area, our summer population is likely to be much higher. Nestled between the shores of beautiful Bear Lake, and the foothills of the Rocky Mountain's Wasatch Range, Saint Charles is a place where American rural life is exemplified and treasured. A visitor to our town will notice the monument to Gutzon Borglum (the sculptor of Mount Rushmore), the LDS meeting house in the center of town, pastures, backyard swings, well tended family vegetable gardens, and cattle drives. Our city hopes to preserve the character of this small gem of a city in this fast paced world.
